The deaconess ministry works with the deacons and pastor to serve the congregation in ministry to the people.

Bereavement and Caring Ministry

• The bereavement and caring ministry reaches out to members who have been sick, shut-
• in, or bereaved. The ministry prays for the congregation and ministers to the congregation
• where there is a need.

Youth Ministry

• Supports, guides, and builds the youth of the church through teaching, activities, and

Prayer Ministry

• The prayer ministry keeps the pastor, church, and ministry leaders covered in prayer. The
• prayer ministry responds and prays for the prayers of people over the prayer line and
• prayer request box.

Christian Education Ministry

• The Christian education ministry guides and helps the congregation in learning and
• growing biblically and spiritually. The Christian education ministry includes Sunday
• School for all ages, bible study for all ages, vacation bible school and other teaching
• Ministries.

Evangelism and Outreach Ministry

• The evangelism and outreach ministry prays and reaches out to seek those who are
• unsaved and unchurched in the community by witnessing and sharing the gospel with the
• world.

New Member Orientation Ministry

• The new member orientation teaches and guides new members of the fellowship by
• praying with them and helping them to become adjusted and apart of the Beth-Eden
• Family and the Family of God.

Sisters in Christ Ministry Women’s Ministry

• The Sisters in Christ ministry is the women and mission ministry of the church. The
• women of the church come together to pray, worship, study God’s Word, and fellowship
• together. The Sisters in Christ ministry assist the church in ministering to the needs of
• those in the church.

MACK-Men Advancing Christ Kingdom Ministry

• The MACK men’s ministry is a ministry in which brothers come together to learn,
• fellowship, pray, and minister to the needs of others in the congregation.

Jail Ministry

• The jail ministry ministers to those who are incarcerated. The ministry prays, worships,

MIX-Ministry in Excellence Ministry

• The MIX ministry is a ministry that assist all of the ministries of the church. It is a
• fellowship of brothers and sisters of the church that come together to do the work of the
• Lord and provide fellowship and fun activities.

Usher and Greeter’s Ministry

• The Usher and Greeter’s ministry serves the congregation by helping to welcome those
• who enter and make the worship experience good and pleasant.

Beth-Eden Red Bird Community Development Corp

• The CDC reaches out to the community and reaches inside of the church to assist
• members and the community by ministering to the needs of the members and community.
• The CDC gives food baskets, gift baskets, supports the local elementary school by giving
• backpacks and performing other community service projects.
